how to apply
At the time of admission, the candidates must submit the application form attached to the prospectus duly completed in CAPITAL letters along with the relevant fee and self attested copies of
- Matriculation Certificate (for the proof of date of birth) and
- Copy of relevant qualification for admission to the Course.
These documents, along with the fees should be sent so far as to reach the office on or before the prescribed date.
